The Department of Health and Human Services developed this on-line grant information service to serve the general public, grantee organizations, and government grant-making agencies. It provides a free public-access computer network for finding and exchanging information about HHS and other Federal grant programs.

The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance is a directory of Federal programs, projects, service and activities which provide assistance or benefits to the American Public. It contains financial and non financial assistance programs administered by departments and establishments of the Federal government.
