MCDC Demographic Profiles, 2000 Census. Missouri State Census Data Center offers Zip Code level demographic profile based on Census 2000 sample data. The reports include a series of hyperlinks to metadata and the underlying census data that can be downloaded using the site's uexplore web utility.
